Dr.
K. S. Shibani Shankar Ray
is an Assistant Professor at Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University, Fursatganj, Amethi. He is a scholar-practitioner at the intersection of strategy, policy, and behavioural science. With an MBA from IIM Indore and a doctoral research in Marketing Management, his research explores heuristics in strategic decision-making, stakeholder engagement in sustainability, and digital health systems. He has taught across premier institutions and delivered flagship programs on women’s financial leadership and rural entrepreneurship. Shibani has worked with various renowned corporate houses, bringing rich field insights into his classrooms and publications. His writing appears in Empirical Economics Letters, Technology in Society, and IGI Global volumes on AI, blended learning, and sustainable e-commerce. A recipient of multiple national awards, Shibani combines academic rigour with on-ground impact, driven by a commitment to inclusive development and transformative pedagogy.
