K. Anitha
Anitha K
presently serves as the Head of the Department of Management Studies at Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHER), located in India. In 2014, she earned her UGC NET Management & HRM qualification. Her research pursuits encompass AI applications in HRM, marketing, and sustainability. Dr. Anitha.K has authored numerous chapters in books published by Springer, Taylor & Francis CRC Press, Nova Science Publishers, USA and IGI Global, USA. She has 6 years of teaching experience and 4 years of industry experience and has actively participated in various conferences, consistently securing Best Paper awards for her contributions. She is the author of 1 Book and serves as an editor in one of the upcoming book “Fintech Innovation – Practise and Progress in AI and ML Techniques for Finance” by Bentham Science Publishers, Singapore. She is a Life Member and executive member of the Education Research and Development Association (ERDA). Additionally, she has served as a resource person for faculty development programs and guest lectures. Within MAHER, she holds dual roles as Placement Officer and Assistant Director of Online Education. Notably, she has been honored with the Research Excellence Award consecutively since 2020 at MAHER.
