Jusmaniar Nonci
Jusmaniar Nonci
is an experienced educator and academic leader with a strong background in English education and curriculum development. She earned her Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in English Education from Universitas Negeri Makassar, Indonesia, and has held various academic roles, including Head of the English Education Study Program at Universitas Islam Makassar (UIM) and Secretary of the ASEAN and South East Study Centre at the same institution. Jusmaniar is also actively involved in research, focusing on innovative teaching methods and literacy improvement. Her published works include studies on teaching English literacy to students with disabilities and the use of technology to enhance student learning experiences. In addition to her academic roles, Jusmaniar serves as an assessor for the National Accreditation Board of Indonesian Schools and has facilitated numerous training programs for teachers and headmasters, aimed at improving education quality. She has been recognized with several awards for her contributions to curriculum development and research by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. With extensive experience in both teaching and leadership, Jusmaniar continues to impact the field of education through her dedication to improving learning outcomes and fostering educational innovation in Indonesia.
