Julius Tapera
Julius Tapera
(Ph.D.) is the Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor at Lupane State University (LSU), Zimbabwe. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management, (CUT) a Master’s in Business Administration (NUST) and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Management (NUST). His research interests are in strategy, leadership, corporate governance, higher education management, entrepreneurship, quality assurance, information technology, tourism and hospitality. He is a Strategic Management Consultant and lectures Strategic Management in the Master of Business Leadership (MBL) programme and supervises some postgraduate research projects.
