Juan Martinez
He is UDEM Business School Dean. Doctor in Leadership and Human Development and completing a doctorate in Psychology from the University of Salamanca. Master in Organizational Development from the Universidad de Monterrey and Master in Neuroeducational Psychology. He is professor of subjects of Leadership in Organizations. He has studies in Communication, Human Development, Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, and Gestalt Psychotherapy, as well as an International Certification in experiential education and Certification as an executive coach. He has more than 15 years of experience in group dynamics, leadership and organizational change. He is a consultant and facilitator for companies such as: Arca, John Deere, Laerdal, MagnaPowertrain, Sigma, Cuprum, Osram, HEB, among others.
