Joshua Heyman

Joshua Heyman has spent his professional career in higher education, holding a variety of roles as a faculty member, assessment designer, data analyst, and solutions architect. In recent years, he has been immersed in the world of skills-based hiring and how to move that work forward through digital credentials and linked open data. The breadth of these experiences, from highly academic to highly technical, provides Joshua with a valuable perspective on how technology best serves users, particularly learners. He has adopted the philosophy that while the world of technology, higher education or more broadly, is fast evolving and exciting, it is imperative we don’t lose sight of that human element. Joshua earned his B.A. in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and his M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Rivier University.
