Jose Manuel Saiz-Alvarez, Ph.D. (with Hons.) in Economics & Business Administration, Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain); Ph.D. (with Hons.) in Sociology, Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain), is a member of the National System of Researchers of the National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT) in Mexico, and a regular member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences.
