José Luís Reis
José Luís Reis
holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Technologies from the University of Minho. He is an Assistant Professor at the University of Maia (UMAIA) and an Invited Adjunct Professor at ISCAP.PP. Currently, he serves as Dean of the Department of Business Administration and Coordinator of the Master’s in Digital Transformation at UMAIA, as well as Director of the LIACC-UMAIA research center. He is an integrated member of LIACC – the Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at the University of Porto – and a collaborating member of CEOS.PP. He has coordinated and participated in national and international projects in information systems management, applied marketing, and strategic planning. His research focuses on information systems modeling, multimedia, data-driven personalization, marketing information systems, data mining, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality. He is the author, co-author, and editor of several books and serves as a reviewer for multiple scientific journals.
