José Luis Gilabert Villard

José Luis Gilabert Villard is a Ph.D. candidate, focusing on the study of emerging psychosocial risks in the digital age and how education plays a dual role, both as an affected sector and a control tool. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA from the University of Cádiz. He has over 15 years of teaching experience in various management areas, including Strategic Management, Fundamentals of Management, Human Resources Management, Managerial Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Production Management. He also has more than 15 years of experience teaching Secondary Education, High School, and Vocational Training programs in both the public and private sectors. Additionally, he has held positions in administration and finance departments of national and multinational companies and served as a local employment promotion agent in the city of Cádiz. He is an expert in advising and guiding entrepreneurial initiatives and regional business development. Committed to education and business development, he is an author passionate about sustainable economic development, eager to share his extensive experience and knowledge.
