Jiyoon An

Jiyoon An (Ph.D., University of Rhode Island) is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Fayetteville State University (FSU), a constituent institution of The University of North Carolina System. She researches the intersection of digital transformation, innovation, and marketing strategy. Her research has appeared in peer-reviewed journals, including the Social Responsibility Journal, Consumer Behavior in Tourism and Hospitality, and Maritime Business Review. She is a recipient of the Best Research Presentation Award, National Conference of Creativity, Innovation, and Technology (NCCiT) and Best Abstract Award, SCM & Logistics Track, Atlantic Marketing Association (AtMA) Conference.
