Jenny Jacob
is an accomplished researcher and Associate Professor in the Department of Biosciences at Mar Athanasios College for Advanced Studies, Tiruvalla (MACFAST), Kerala. With a robust academic background and over a decade of teaching experience, she is deeply engaged in cutting-edge research in biochemistry, phytochemistry, and bioinformatics. Her research primarily focuses on the therapeutic potential of medicinal plants, with particular interest in anti-inflammatory pathways, dual COX/LOX inhibition, and bioactive compound analysis.
