J. Lakshmi Charan
serves as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Mahindra University, focusing on the intersection of law, public administration, and human resource governance. Her work encompasses constitutional, labour, and administrative law, with a focus on institutional accountability and ethics. She examines legal frameworks that strengthen human resource systems and currently explores mechanisms that promote ethical governance, accountability, and equitable workforce policies across various sectors.
