Ivan Openko
is a Doctor of Science (Economics), Professor of the Department of Geodesy and Cartography of National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv, Ukraine). Dissertation “Ecological and economic principles of rational use and protection of forestry lands in the context of decentralization of power” (2021). Research interests: land management, economics of nature use, land use, water use, forest use, land protection, development of rural areas. Author and co-author of more than 110 scientific and methodical papers, including 5 manuals, 20 collective monographs, 6 intellectual property certificates, etc. Teaching courses: Geodesy, Satellite Geodesy, GNSS.
