Isumarni
, S.Pd., M.Pd., is a dedicated lecturer in the English Education Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang (UMS), South Sulawesi, Indonesia. She earned her Bachelor's degree in English Education from Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) in 2012 and continued her academic journey by completing a Master’s degree in English Education at the UNM Graduate Program in 2016. Born in Sandakan, Malaysia, Isumarni brings a cross-cultural perspective to her work in language education. With a strong commitment to advancing English language teaching, she actively engages in teaching, academic writing, and educational research. Her interests span curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational innovation in rural and multicultural contexts. In addition to her academic career, Isumarni is also an entrepreneur, balancing her professional responsibilities with business ventures. Her work reflects a passion for empowering students and educators through thoughtful pedagogy and research-driven practices. She continues to contribute to academic discourse by writing educational books and participating in scholarly collaborations. Isumarni’s multidisciplinary engagement positions her as a proactive educator and a role model for aspiring teachers in the region.
