Irfan Shaikh
is an experienced academic and researcher with over 20 years in higher education, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Bahrain Polytechnic for the past 12 years. A recognized thought leader in the fields of business development and strategic transformation, Dr. Shaikh has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, seminars, and webinars as a guest speaker, presenter, and panelist. He holds multiple patents and has published over 20 Scopus-indexed research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. His scholarly interests span Business Development Strategies, Digital Marketing, and Change Management.
