Indukuri Bangar Raju
, with a doctorate in Agricultural Entrepreneurship, began his corporate journey in 1993 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. After various roles until 2000, his zeal for teaching and research led him to academia. With 31 years of service- Seven years in industry and 24 years in academics, he has been a teacher, researcher, consultant, trainer, and mentor. He is currently working as an associate professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship at GITAM School of Business, GITAM, and he is deemed a University, Hyderabad. He has published 22 articles, including four in Scopus-indexed journals, presented 24 papers internationally, authored two books, participated in eight faculty development programs, attended 19 seminars, delivered 11 guest lectures, organized two entrepreneurship training programs, trained 3000 entrepreneurs, published training modules, and mentored five start-ups in three years. He is guiding five Ph.D. candidates and serving on various academic boards. He is also a resource person for several organizations (ALEAP, DIC, NIMSME, and MSME) providing entrepreneurship training. He completed seven consultancy projects in Needs Assessment, Social Impact, and Social Perception under the Corporate Social Responsibility-Community Development programs of National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited. He also completed the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Project (Government of India), wherein he worked on the concept of reverse migration and livelihood enhancement programs.
