Imen Hilali

Imen Hilali holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Tunis (FSEG-Tunis), and a research master’s degree in Organization and Information Systems from the Higher Institute of Accounting and Business Administration (ISCAE-Tunis). Her research focuses on consumer behavior, online shopping experiences, purchase intention, and the impact of social and technological factors on digital marketing. She is particularly interested in the influence of social risk, brand personality, and ethnocentrism on consumer decision-making in emerging markets. She is also a member of the interdisciplinary research laboratory VPNC (Valorisation du Patrimoine Naturel et Culturel) at the University of Jendouba, where she contributes to research on territorial marketing, local identity, and event-based place branding strategies.
