Imen Abdennadher
Imen Abdennadher Gdoura
is a Tunisian scholar and educator specializing in management, with extensive experience in both academic and government sectors. As a Ph.D. holder from the University of Sfax's Faculty of Economics and Management, she has shaped education policy through her dual roles as Professor of Computer Science and General Counselor for School and University Guidance at Tunisia's Ministry of Education. Her research focuses on three critical areas: education systems, entrepreneurial finance, and organizational behavior. Beyond her theoretical contributions, she actively implements innovative approaches to strengthen institutional capacities in education management. This professional commitment to progress mirrors her personal dedication to sustainable practices, particularly through permaculture.
