Ilham Zerbet
Ilham Zerbet
is a Ph.D. researcher in Plant Biotechnology at Ibn Zohr University, Agadir, Morocco. She holds a Master’s degree in Valorization and Management of Innovation in Bioscience from Hassan I University, Settat. Her research focuses on bioactive packaging, post-harvest fruit preservation, and sustainable materials, with an emphasis on gum Arabic-based coatings. She has participated in multiple international conferences. In addition to her research, she is involved in teaching and actively engages in scientific outreach and innovation initiatives.
