Prof. Huu Thanh Minh Nguyen is currently a PhD candidate in Applied Linguistics at School of Languages and Linguistics, Faculty of Arts, The University of Melbourne, where they have been granted the Graduate Research Scholarship to pursue my PhD. They are also working as a lecturer of English at Faculty of English, University of Foreign Language Studies, The University of Danang. They earned their Master's degree in TESOL Studies at School of Education, The University of Leeds, where they were the only recipient of the International Excellence Scholarship to pursue the Master's program in TESOL Studies. Throughout the course of their career, they have been acknowledged as a prominent researcher by The University of Dang for academic year 2023-2024. They have published widely in various journals: International Review of Applied Linguistics in Language Teaching, Journal of Language, Identity & Education, Teaching English as a Second Language Electronic Journal (TESL-EJ). Their research interests include Language Testing, Language Assessment, Second Language Writing, and Task-based Language Teaching and Learning.
