Hulya Kocyigit
Hulya Kocyigit
is a postdoctoral fellow at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She earned her Ph.D. in Biostatistics at the University of Georgia and her MS in Statistics at Georgia State University. Prior to graduate school, She received her Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from Selcuk University. She was a lecturer at the Karamanoglu Mehmetbey University from 2021 to 2023. Her research focuses on the intersection of causal inference, machine learning, and biomarker methods in medicine, in particular cancer data analysis and simulation studies.
