Himanshi Bhatia
Himanshi Bhatia
is an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. She holds an LL.M in Criminal & Security Law from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, and an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Delhi. Before joining academics, she worked at the High Court of Uttarakhand as Legal Researcher cum Judicial Clerk to the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court. Her current research interest includes International Criminal Law for Environment, Criminology and Green Victimology
