Henry Esteva Lemana II
Henry E. Lemana II
is a distinguished educator and research leader with a formidable international reputation. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC), Philippines, where he now serves as an Affiliate Lecturer at the Graduate School, guiding doctoral candidates in Qualitative Research and the Philosophy of Education. He is currently a candidate for graduation for a second doctorate (Ed.D. in Educational Management and Leadership) and has recently been awarded a scholarship at Thaksin University International College to pursue a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development, with studies commencing in June 2026. Dr. Lemana is concurrently a Lecturer in English as a Foreign Language at the School of Languages and General Education, Walailak University, Thailand, where he used to hold key leadership positions as Assistant Dean for International Affairs and Head of Student Activities. His academic contributions are both profound and far-reaching. His status as a Fellow of Advance HE of the United Kingdom is complemented by his active role in shaping academic discourse as a reviewer for multiple Scopus-indexed journals. A truly global academic, he has pioneered international collaborations and is lauded as an Outstanding Global Educator in Innovation and Research, recognized for delivering exceptional teaching outcomes across continents.
