Harshada Muley
Harshada Mulay
is a Ph. D. in Management, She is a distinguished academician with over 25 years of experience in management education, coupled with 8 years as an HR professional in the IT industry. She is currently an Associate Professor - HR at MET Institute of PGDM, Mumbai. A double postgraduate in Arts and Management, Dr. Harshada also holds a doctorate in Emotional Intelligence. She is an ICF-ACTP trained life coach with certifications in NLP, Life Coaching, Dance Movement Psychotherapy, and Management. With 26 research papers published in national and international journals, Dr. Harshada has earned the prestigious ‘Dr. Ram Tarneja Award’ for Best Article from the BMA. She is also a seasoned speaker, having presented at numerous national and international conferences over the past two decades.
