Harris Saseendran
Dr.
Harris Saseendran
is a seasoned academic with over 17 years of experience spanning higher education, corporate training, and HR management. He is currently an Asst. Professor at the Faculty of Business and Logistics, Bahrain Polytechnic, Kingdom of Bahrain, where he serves as a course coordinator and moderator for HR and business management degree programs, and contributes to academic program development. Previously, Dr. Saseendran was a Program Manager at Bahrain Training Institute, Ministry of Education, Kingdom of Bahrain, overseeing CIPD-certified and NQF-aligned HR and business diploma programs. His corporate experience includes roles as HR recruiter and operations manager specializing in IT and ITES recruitment for major MNCs in India. Dr. Saseendran has published extensively in research journals and popular outlets like Economic Times and Bahrain Confidential. He has also presented at international conferences on AI, organizational behavior, HR, and education.
