Harold Martiens
Harold Martiens
is an accomplished academic and practitioner in the fields of Employment Equity, Skills development, International Management, and Human Resource Management. He holds an MBA with a specialisation in Employment Equity Implementation and is currently pursuing a PhD at Regenesys Business School. His research focus on enhancing organisational performance within state-owned enterprises, public institutions and Technical Educational and Training (TVET) colleges through evidence-based leadership and governance practices. Martiens has developed a robust expertise in Employment Equity, advocating for fair employment practises that promote diversity and inclusion within organisations. His work emphasizes the importance of skills development as a critical component for improving workforce capabilities, particularly in the context of public sector institutions. As a part-time lecturer and guest speaker he shares his knowledge on Employment Equity and Human Resources Management topics, contribution to the education of future leaders in this field.
