Harika Suklun
Assoc. Prof. Dr.
Harika Suklun
completed her associate degree in Science in 1997 and her undergraduate education in 1998. In 2000, she earned her master’s degree in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. She completed her Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Conflict Management at Sullivan University in 2014. Dr. SUKLUN carried out academic and professional work in the United States for nearly thirty years. After returning to Turkey in 2017, she served as an Assistant Professor at Abdullah Gül University, where she also held the position of Head of the Business Administration Department. Since March 2023, she has continued her academic work at Batman University. Her research interests include migration, women’s studies, conflict management, organizational behavior, and communication. She has published various national and international articles, book chapters, and conference papers in these fields.
