Hannah G. Kleber

Hannah Kleber is the Course Developer/Instructor for the Office of the Professor of Military Science (OPMS) at the Uniformed Services University (USU) in Bethesda, MD. She is a 2011 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BA in Psychology. Her love of education and training began in 2011 as a teacher and faculty member of Marianapolis Preparatory School in Thompson, CT where she taught Catholic social justice and morality classes to seniors and juniors and coached volleyball and lacrosse. Her introduction to USU came in 2015 where she started as an Administrative Assistant in the Leader and Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program at USU which provided some of the foundational curriculum that the OPMS now uses for their sessions. Her role shifted in 2017 to Education Specialist where she worked closely on curriculum design and development, and cultivated relationships and teaching opportunities at other medical schools across the country. She has been involved in multiple publications examining the leadership framework taught at USU and with partnering groups. She exited the university in 2020 to explore opportunities in industrial real estate, human resources, and research. She was excited to rejoin the university and feed her true passion of leadership education in this new capacity with the OPMS in 2022. Hannah is pleased to be creating curricular content and teaching leadership education classes (to include communication, emotional intelligence, coaching, and others) to at the different schools across the university, faculty, and staff.
