Hamit Özen
Hamit Özen
has an extensive academic and professional background centered around educational administration, supervision, planning, and economics. Holding a PhD from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, his doctoral thesis focused on the impact of motivational language used by school principals on adaptive leadership. He also holds a master's degree in the same field, where he explored managerial leadership characteristics of school principals, and a bachelor's degree in public administration. Dr. Özen's career is marked by his role as a faculty member at the Faculty of Education at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. He has supervised numerous master's and doctoral theses, primarily in the fields of educational sciences and health sciences, indicating his interdisciplinary approach. His research interests have led him to lead and participate in various projects, including studies on otherization between international and Turkish students and the perceptions of nursing students and faculty members in clinical practice.
