Dr.
Hala M. Koleilat Al Dilby
is a PHD holder who pursued her studies at Girne American University in Kyrenia, Cyprus. Her academic and research endeavors are affiliated with Frontiers Media SA, a prominent academic publisher. Dr. Hala’s research focuses on virtual and different leadership styles and their impact on job satisfaction through various mediating roles, like trust in leader and work life balance. Dr. Koleilat Al Dilby field of study started in marketing and pursued to cover business topics related to management, leadership, HRM, and digital marketing. She currently holds the position of a full timer, student advisor, coordinator and researcher at Lebanese International University.
