H. Cenk Sözen
H. Cenk Sözen
is a Professor of Management in Baskent University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Management. Sözen has also been working as a part time professor in Turkish Military Academy. His interests and research areas are organization theory, organizational change, social networks, social capital, complex systems, strategic HRM and knowledge management. He lectures on organizational behavior, organization theory, human resources management and strategic management. He has worked as a reviewer and published articles in the journals such as Journal of Management Inquiry, Personnel Review, European Management Review, Property Management and International Journal of Human Resource Management. He got books and book chapters on social network theory, organizational behavior and organization theory. He is a member of EURAM (European Academy of Management) and AOM (Academy of Management).
