Guru Basava Aradhya S
is a seasoned academician with 17 years of experience in management education. He currently serves as the Director & Professor at Chandigarh School of Business, Mohali. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and has mentored five Ph.D. scholars. His expertise includes HR, marketing, and business analytics. A prolific researcher, he has published in SCOPUS, ABDC, and UGC CARE journals. He has organized numerous international conferences and contributed to NAAC and NBA accreditations. His industry collaborations include faculty exchange programs and consultancy projects. Passionate about academia, he actively fosters innovation, research, and student development.
