, an accomplished academician and researcher, holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Madras, supplemented by a UGC-NET qualification in Management. With over two decades of experience in business management, he has held diverse roles including Program Coordinator-MBA at the Directorate of Online Education, SRMIST, where he spearheads content development and oversees student affairs. Previously, as Professor & Head at DMI College of Engineering, he led initiatives in entrepreneurship development and organized international virtual panel discussions on online education. Dr. Gnanadasan's expertise spans various management subjects, from Banking and Insurance to Human Resource Management. His dedication to scholarly pursuits is evidenced by numerous publications in esteemed journals and presentations at national and international conferences. Recognized for his contributions, he has received accolades such as the Global Excellence Award for Achievements in Higher Education Leadership.
