Gülşen Berat Torusdağ
is a Lecturer at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University. She graduated from Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Department of Food Engineering (2018). She received her master's degree from Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Department of Food Engineering (2020). She finished her PhD studies at Istanbul Gelişim University Graduate Education Institute Gastronomy and Culinary Arts program (2024). Her areas of interest include Food Sciences and Technology, Food Studies, Local Cuisine Culture and Sustainable Gastronomy Practices.
