Gülşah Polat
is a distinguished educator currently serving in schools under the auspices of the Ministry of National Education in Turkey. With a profound commitment to advancing educational practices, she has successfully completed her master's degree, showcasing her academic prowess through her thesis titled “Examination of Expectation and Observation Levels Regarding the Realization of the Goals of Education Systems.” This work underscores her deep interest in evaluating and enhancing the efficacy of educational frameworks. In addition to her thesis, Polat has contributed to the academic community through her insightful articles. Her research includes a comparative analysis of Imam Hatip High Schools, focusing on their mission, vision, and values, as well as a critical examination of reverse mobbing acts by school principals.
