Ginu George
is passionate about delivering high-quality education and research for over 10 years in the field of human resources management, organisational behaviour, business communication and research methodology for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Holds a PhD in Commerce (HRM & OB) and an MPhil in Commerce (Marketing) from Christ University, Bangalore, India. Dr Ginu have more than 10 Scopus-indexed publications and a prolific record of presenting research papers at international conferences, showcasing a commitment to advancing knowledge.” Additionally, Dr Ginu George is currently guiding two Ph.D. scholars, providing mentorship and guidance to the next generation of researchers. Beyond academia, also comes with 3 years of practical experience as HR contributing to employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Through the combined experience as an educator and a practitioner, Dr Ginu aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, and to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and skills in the field of HR.
