Gayathri Band
Gayathri Band
is a full-time faculty member in the School of Management at Ramdeobaba University, Nagpur. With a strong research background, I have published 16 papers in Scopus and Web of Science journals, over 35 papers in national and international journals, and presented more than 30 papers at various conferences. Her expertise extends to conducting Management Development Programs (MDPs) for corporate organizations and Academic Staff College. She has delivered over 40 Faculty Development Program (FDP) lectures on research methodology. Recognized for her contributions, she have received multiple awards, including Best Paper Awards at international conferences in Dubai (2013), Bangkok (2016), Mumbai (2021), and Nagpur (2023, 2024). Her accolades also include the Young Researcher Award (2018) and Outstanding Woman in Management Award (2018). Additionally, she has authored two books: Principles of Business Management (2018) and Data Science Revealed for the 21st Century (2022).
