Gajendra Prasad
Gajendra Prasad
is currently employed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Engineering at the Triguna Sen School of Technology, Assam University, Silchar, India. He has earned a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Dairy and Food Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India. His areas of interest include the Internet of Things, Food Processing, and modeling. He possess a comprehensive understanding of topics such as food packaging, refrigeration, preservation techniques, and milk processing. His work encompass academic teachings, research contributions, or industry expertise in food safety, automation, and emerging technologies in dairy and food engineering. His work concentrate on the development of advanced food processing techniques, automation, smart sensors, and IoT applications for the purpose of real-time monitoring, quality control, and supply chain optimization.
