Fronica Monari Ogeto
Fronica Monari Ogeto
is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Tourism and Management Science, School of Business and Economics at Jaramong Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, in Bondo, Kenya. She holds a PhD in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She also had a postgraduate diploma in Mass Communication from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Education from Kenyatta University, Kenya with several certificates from different institutions. She has over 18 years’ experience teaching in various universities, supervised over ten (10) PhD and fifteen (15) Masters students to completion. She has authored one (1) book, five (5) chapters and over twenty (20) publications. She is currently supervising five (5) PhD and ten (10) masters students from various unversities in East Africa. She is writing a book on Human Resource management: A Kenyan perspective.
