Frances Boulon , PhD School Psychologist Born and resident of San Juan, Puerto Rico. BA and MA in Psychology, University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus (UPR); PhD in School Psychology, Temple University, Philadelphia. Adjunct faculty at UPR, Ana G. Méndez University, Albizu University and Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Publications and research interests include: School Psychology, Psychological Measurement, Resilience and Positive Psychology in Schools, History of Psychology in Puerto Rico, Contributions of Indigenous ancestors to Mental Health in the Caribbean, Ethics and professional issues in psychology, Contributions of Women to Psychology in Puerto Rico. Have presented at professional forums in Puerto Rico, USA, Caribbean nations, Latin American countries and Europe. Past president: Asociación de Psicología de Puerto Rico (APPR), Puerto Rico Board of Psychologist Examiners. Member of the Executive Committee of Caribbean Alliance of National Psychological Associations (CANPA), President of Puerto Rico State Organization at Delta Kappa Gamma International Society of Educators (2021-2025). Lifetime member, American Psychological Association (APA), member, National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), Puerto Rico Association of School Psychologists (APEP), Interamerican Society of Psychology (SIP) and National Latino Psychological Association (NLPA).
