Filippo Ferrari
holds a Bachelor degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Masters degree in Adult Training and Education. He currently serves as a Lecturer at Bologna University, School of Economics, Management and Statistics, where he teaches Leadership and Organizational Behaviour. His fields of interests are Human Resources Management, Organizational Reliability, Change Management, Adult Training.
