Fidelis Ejeh Abba
Fidelis Abba
was born in 1986 in Lagos, Nigeria. After finishing his secondary school leaving certificate from Command Secondary School, Ipaja Lagos in 2003, he continued to further in Estate management in Abubakar Tafawa Balewa university, Bauchi, Nigeria in 2005 and in 2008 he travelled abroad to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus for a fresh start where he graduated with BSc honors in Computer Information System from European University of Lefke, Northern Cyprus in 2012. In the same year he pursued a master’s degree in business management and Received MSc in Business Administration in 2016. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Istanbul Okan University, Istanbul 2023. His career part started in 2012 where he started as an entrepreneur in the apparel industry which is currently been managed by his sister in his home country till date. He has held other positions as an IT manager for Bohaba granite and Mable ltd, export manager for Batusan plastic, International Sales manager for Sebat Kimya Ic ve Dis Ticaret, Istanbul Turkey. He is also a philanthropist and currently the President of Uuslarasi Kardesler Kalyon. A non-governmental organization in Istanbul Turkey from 2023 till date. His career path up until this date has molded him up to be a builder and impact positively in his society. Currently, he is the coordinator for the faculty of economics and administrative sciences, an administrative position in Final International university. He is also a faculty member in the institution and lecturer. He lectures research methods, Customer relationship management, Supply Chain management and management information systems for both undergraduates and graduate students. Assist. Prof. Dr. Fidelis Abba’s research encompasses Organizational management, Organizational behaviors, human resource management with particular interest in female consumers in retail world, organizational competitive advantage, and employees job performance. His most recent studies answered how recovery experience and emotional contagion affect the effect of work stressors on job burnout. He also added some certifications to his achieves such as Powe BI A-Z: Hands-on power BI training for data science, Reputation management: take control of your company.
