Erik Syawal Alghifari
is a faculty member in the Management Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pasundan, Bandung, Indonesia. His research interests focus on capital markets, firm performance, and managerial decision-making, particularly on emerging market dynamics. Alghifari aims to bridge financial management theories with practical applications, contributing significantly to strategic planning, corporate governance, and investment decision-making. He actively engages in academic publishing, knowledge dissemination, and conference participation, while promoting collaboration within the global academic community. Furthermore, he is dedicated to mentoring students and young researchers, supporting their academic and professional development in financial management.
