Ergunova Olga Titovna
, PhD, is an esteemed Associate Professor at the Higher School of Production Management, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, and an expert at the Russian Academy of Sciences. She also holds an associate professorship at Lovely Professional University (India) and serves as President of the Ural Union of Tourism Industry. With over 21 years of experience in marketing, strategic communications, and project management, her expertise spans digital transformation, sustainable development, smart cities, tourism, and HoReCa. She has held leadership roles in academia and industry, contributing to major branding, tourism, and economic development projects. An accomplished researcher, she has authored numerous publications indexed in RSCI, Web of Science, and Scopus. She has played a pivotal role in initiatives such as the Russian Union of Young Scientists and the Federation of Hospitality Auditors, as well as various national and regional tourism and strategic development projects.
