Elona Marku
Elona Marku
is an Associate Professor in Management at the Department of Economics and Business, University of Cagliari. Her academic experience includes notable visiting scholar roles at Columbia Business School, Bayes Business School, Warwick Business School, and WU Vienna. Her research focuses on the management of technology and innovation, exploring their impact on firm performance. Her current projects investigate digital transformation and the adoption of emerging technologies. She has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Management, R&D Management, Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Technology Transfer, European Management Journal, Journal of Knowledge Management, Scientometrics, Journal of Management and Governance, and Technology Analysis & Strategic Management. Elona Marku has also co-authored several books, chapters, and conference proceedings.
