Eliza V. Gamusa
serves as the Dean of the Graduate School at Northwest Samar State University, Philippines. With doctoral degrees in Educational Management, Public Administration, and Technology Management, she brings a multidisciplinary lens to educational leadership and research. Her scholarly interests span science education, teacher preparation, social sciences, and leadership and organizational management in academic institutions.
