Edmont Pasipamire
Edmont Pasipamire
is a Ph.D. candidate in Library Science (Archives and Libraries in the Digital Environment) at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain, and an Information Specialist at Rosebank College (The Independent Institute of Education), Cape Town. He holds a Master’s degree in ICT Information Science from the University of Pretoria and has over 15 years of experience in academic and school library environments. His research interests include digital transformation and artificial intelligence in libraries, knowledge management, technostress, sustainable development goals in higher education, and information ethics. He has published in Emerald (2026) and IGI Global (2026), co-authored a Springer book chapter (2025), and presented his work at several international library and information science and interdisciplinary conferences.
