Dr.
Eda Özgül Katlav
is an Associate Professor in the Department of Tourism Management at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, Türkiye. She completed her undergraduate, master's, and doctoral studies in Tourism Management at the same institution. Her doctoral research focused on the impact of perceived influence tactics on employee performance in hotel enterprises. Between 2021 and 2022, she conducted postdoctoral research at the University of South Florida's M3 Center for Hospitality Technology & Innovation. Dr. Katlav's research interests encompass employee behavior, rural tourism, and the integration of technology in tourism services. She has co-edited several academic publications, including “Impactful Technologies Transforming the Food Industry,” published by IGI Global. Additionally, she is recognized as a certified MAXQDA trainer, specializing in qualitative data analysis in tourism research
