Dongmei Huangfu
Huangfu Dongmei
is a PhD student of Taylor’s University, Malaysia now. In 2016, she was hired in the Investment Management Center of SINOHYDRO BUREAU 14 CO.,LTD. During that period, she participated in the preparation of tender documents for PPP projects of several infrastructure projects. She is National Class1 Cost Engineer and National Class1 Constructor of China. And since 2021, she was hired as a lecturer of Dianchi College of Yunnan University, Kunming, China, teaching for the quantity surveying major. She writes some papers and books on issues of quantity surveying talents and management, PPP, BIM and so on.
