Divya Jyoti Thakur
Divya J Thakur
is serving as Professor at University School of Business Chandigarh University, Punjab. She has a total experience of 15+ years in academia and industry. She has completed her Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management (HR). Her Research is on Responsible Leadership, Leadership Qualities. She also provides Student Development Programs, Personality Development Programs, Mock Interview Sessions. She has visited many international universities such as City University College Azmen Dubai, Kuala Lumpur University Malaysia, Ujbekistan and Indonesia. Prof. Thakur also has completed Coursera/LinkedIn courses. Prof. Thakur has successfully organised many webinars/conferences/workshops/FDPs. Also participated as speaker (Resource Person/Keynote Speaker/Guest Speaker) in many conference/workshops. She has published 32 research papers in reputed journals/Scopus Indexed, Thomson and Reuters, UGC care journals are worth mentioning. 22 Patents published in national and international, 6 are granted and three copyright has been published, Dr. Thakur has been published 30 Book Chapters with ISBN no. and organised international workshop and international conference as convener with conference proceedings. Dr. Thakur has received Best Citizen Award from IEEE Chandigarh subsection and also received Iconic Faculty of the Year 2021 award from Saksham Society Jaipur Rajasthan. Also organised one day ODOP fruitful workshop association with ministry of education, MGNCRE, govt of India and IPR workshop association with ministry of commerce and research, govt of India, Research Proposal workshop and 5days FDP association with Techsaksham under Microsoft, Edunet foundation and SAP. Also She is the Joint Secretary of the IPR cell. She has published four international and national books as first editor. On teacher's day she has received a award of appreciation of Best Researcher. She has received iconic award of Excellence in Research 2022. Received award as chief guest during national conference at Rajouri J & K. 5th International Scopus Indexed Book is coming soon as first editor.
